Session Rules
LumenNest VR publishes room details, game notes, visit guidance, and session policies so guests can plan Green Bay VR play with clear check-in timing, booking steps, and front-desk contacts.
How rooms are assigned
Rooms are assigned by reserved category, arrival time, player count, and any comfort notes shared at booking or before check-in.
- Guest requests may influence suite priority when inventory allows.
- Party inquiries are logged, but an inquiry does not hold a room until confirmed.
- Earlier sessions may be reviewed when maintenance, hygiene resets, or access needs change room readiness.
Booking material policy
Session pages draw on current room inventory notes, published games, guest-submitted context, and clearly marked updates when a price or policy line changes after posting.
- Special-rate or private offers should include permission and usage limits.
- Photos and floor plans should be owned by the venue or cleared for site use.
- Session corrections are checked against booking records before a page is changed.
Session adjustment policy
Adjustment requests should include the confirmation number, preferred times, the detail being questioned, and a concise note about the change needed.
- The message is logged through the bookings contact route.
- The booking record and available rooms are reviewed.
- The session may be updated, clarified, or left unchanged if inventory or policy does not support the request.
Venue information disclosure
LumenNest VR is a venue information and bookings site. It is not a storefront for unrelated retail, account deposits, or non-VR services. Any future partnership mention should be disclosed on the relevant page before it appears.
Pricing update process
Guidance bands and session notes may be adjusted when schedule timing, event calendars, room readiness, or tax rules affect the published basis.
- Minor wording edits may be made for clarity without changing a published band.
- Major updates should include a visible note when they change how guests should book.
- Pricing pages should explain why a band moved for weeknight, weekend, peak, or event periods.
