This Public Offer Agreement (the "Offer") is made by WatchFix Studio ("WatchFix," "we," "us") and constitutes a legally binding offer to provide watch repair and maintenance services to any individual or organization ("Customer," "you") who accepts the terms described below.
Acceptance of this Offer occurs when the Customer submits a repair request, confirms an order, hands over a watch for inspection, or uses our website in a way that clearly indicates agreement. Once accepted, this creates a binding service relationship between WatchFix and the Customer.
WatchFix provides professional watch repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to: battery replacement, mechanical watch servicing, movement cleaning and calibration, glass replacement, strap adjustment and replacement, waterproof sealing, polishing, diagnostic inspection, and full restoration of wristwatches and pocket watches. Services are provided depending on the condition of the watch and the availability of required parts.
Prices are determined based on inspection of the watch and the type of repair required. A preliminary estimate may be provided before work begins. Final pricing is confirmed after diagnosis and approval by the Customer. All prices are valid only for the specific repair case and may vary depending on the condition, complexity, and availability of parts. Confirmed repair orders remain valid under the agreed price.
Repairs are accepted after confirmation by WatchFix. Depending on the type of service, a partial prepayment or full payment may be required before repair work begins. Payment can be made upon drop-off or after completion of the service. In some cases, additional payment may be required if hidden issues are discovered during repair.
The Customer may cancel a repair request before work has started. If cancellation occurs after inspection but before repair begins, a diagnostic fee may apply. If repair work has already started, the cost of performed services and used parts will not be refundable. If WatchFix is unable to complete the repair due to technical limitations, the Customer will be informed and a partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of work completed.
The Customer agrees to provide accurate information about the watch condition, including any known defects or previous repairs. The Customer must collect the watch within the agreed timeframe after service completion. WatchFix is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or failure to pick up the item on time. The Customer also agrees not to attempt unauthorized repairs after service begins.
WatchFix is responsible for performing repair services with reasonable professional care. Liability is limited to the value of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or issues arising from improper previous repairs. The Customer acknowledges that older or heavily damaged watches may have limited repair outcomes.
WatchFix may update this Public Offer from time to time to reflect changes in services, pricing structure, or repair procedures. Any updates will apply to future repair requests, while confirmed orders remain subject to the terms agreed at the time of acceptance.
This Offer and all related repair agreements are governed by applicable local laws in the region where WatchFix services are provided.
