These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WatchFix Studio website and any watch repair, maintenance, inspection, or restoration services provided by WatchFix Studio ("WatchFix," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website, submitting a repair request, or handing over a watch for service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow users to request watch repair services, diagnostics, and maintenance support. All content, including descriptions of repair services, service options, and general information about watch care, is intended to help customers understand available services.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful or harmful activity. All content remains the property of WatchFix Studio and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
All watch repair services are subject to a separate service agreement created at the time of booking or acceptance of a repair request. This includes services such as battery replacement, movement servicing, polishing, glass replacement, strap adjustment, and full restoration. Each service agreement is based on the condition of the watch and the required work.
WatchFix reserves the right to accept or decline any repair request based on technical feasibility, availability of parts, or condition of the item. Final service conditions are confirmed after inspection.
Prices are provided as estimates before repair work begins. After inspection, a final price may be confirmed based on the actual condition of the watch and the complexity of required repairs. Customers must approve the final price before work continues.
In some cases, additional issues may be discovered during repair, which may affect the final cost. Customers will be informed before any additional work is performed.
Payment terms depend on the type of service and may require partial or full payment in advance. In certain cases, payment is required upon completion of the repair. If additional work is approved, additional charges may apply.
Failure to complete payment may result in withholding of the repaired item until all outstanding amounts are settled. WatchFix reserves the right to refuse service in case of unpaid balances.
Customers may cancel a repair request before work has started. If work has already begun, cancellation may not be possible or may result in partial charges for services already performed, including diagnostics and labor.
Refunds are not provided for completed repair services. If WatchFix is unable to complete a repair due to technical limitations, partial refunds may be issued depending on the stage of service completion.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the watch condition, including known defects, previous repairs, or missing parts. Failure to provide accurate information may affect repair results.
Customers must collect their repaired items within a reasonable time after completion. WatchFix is not responsible for damage resulting from long-term uncollected storage beyond agreed timelines.
Some repair services may include limited warranty coverage depending on the type of work performed. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage after service, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
Older watches or heavily damaged items may not be fully restorable. WatchFix does not guarantee full functionality in cases where internal mechanisms are severely worn or unavailable for replacement.
WatchFix is responsible only for direct repair services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or damage caused by improper previous repairs. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Customers acknowledge that watch repair involves delicate mechanical work and that some risks may exist depending on the condition of the item.
WatchFix may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, repair processes, or business operations. Continued use of services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws in the region where WatchFix services are provided. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with those laws.
